Stretching can be very essential for mind and body when done properly and consistently. Stretching helps to keep the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy. Healthy muscles maintain a normal range of motion in the joints to perform everyday activities and movements. Without this the muscles can become shortened and tight. When this happens your activity, posture and function pay the price.
Which means ultimately YOU pay the price.
GUIDED Stretching
45min Session- $110
When asked "Do you stretch?", most people respond with "I try" or "I dont know how". With a Guided stretching session we can sit down together 1 on 1 as I show you the proper way to stretch. Discussing what you should be feeling, how far you should be taking your stretches as well as how long you should hold them. This is a hands on session with assistance but it is also a learning experience so that you will be able to do them on your own.

ASSISTED Stretching
45min Session- $150
Assisted stretching is a complete hands on session where the stretching is done for you. Your job is to let go, relax and let the therapist do the work for you. Its important to focus on your breathing with this session as stretches are held longer as well as keeping the communication open with your therapist. No worries about looking silly or being self conscience.
